Aligned Mental Health and Wellness Studio was created from the belief that mental health care should feel warm, intentional, and connected - not cold, overly clinical, or disconnected from the realities of modern life.
In a world that often keeps people disconnected from themselves and stuck in survival mode, therapy can offer space to slow down, reconnect more deeply with yourself, and create meaningful and sustainable change.

The vision behind Aligned.
After witnessing the impact that stress, overwhelm, burnout, and disconnection can have on both clients and providers - and how traditional models of care often fail to address the full picture of healing - Ashley began to envision a practice that felt more grounded, supportive, and human.
At Aligned, healing is viewed as more than symptom management alone. Therapy is designed to support deeper self-awareness, nervous system safety, intentional reflection, and aligned action so clients can create meaningful and sustainable change in their lives.

At the core of healing is the ability to slow down, create safety within the nervous system, and move beyond patterns of chronic stress and survival mode. Together, we’ll work toward understanding the patterns of chronic stress and overwhelm that keep you stuck, while building greater grounding and support in everyday life.
Reconnect
From there, a greater sense of safety creates space for deeper healing. Therapy then becomes an opportunity to reconnect more honestly with yourself — your emotions, values, relationships, needs, and inner wisdom — through compassionate reflection, curiosity, and greater self-awareness.
Rebuild
As greater self-awareness and internal safety develop, meaningful change becomes possible. Together, we’ll work toward translating insight into intentional action by building supportive patterns, practical tools, and more aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling ways of moving through life.
