Yes. Aligned Mental Health & Wellness Studio provides telehealth therapy for adults located across Hawaii.

Sessions are held virtually through a secure, confidential, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform - Sessions Health. Prior to your appointment, you will receive instructions and a secure link to access your session.
Therapy can be done from the comfort of your home or another private location within Hawaii using a computer, tablet, or phone with internet access.
Virtual therapy offers flexibility while also providing meaningful, connected support.

Consultations are approximately 15 minutes and held via telephone call.
This is an opportunity to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
If it feels like a good fit, intake paperwork will be sent through the secure client portal prior to your first session.

Most individual therapy sessions are approximately 53-60 minutes.
Frequency is individualized based on your needs and goals. Biweekly sessions are common to start, though this may vary.

The standard rate for an individual therapy session is $180.
The rate for an initial intake session is $210.
Self-pay options are available for individuals who do not have insurance or choose not to use insurance benefits. For more information on insurance benefits, see below.

We are in-network with the following insurance plans:
HMAA
HMSA
UHA
UHC
Most therapy sessions are covered by insurance; however, coverage varies by plan. Depending on your benefits, prior authorizations, deductibles, co-payments or co-insurance may apply.
Clients are encouraged to verify benefits directly with their insurance provider prior to their consultation.
Superbills for out-of-network plans may be available upon request.

Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours notice, may be subject to a $40 late cancellation. If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. Insurance does not cover late cancellation or no-show fees.

Under the No Surprises Act, individuals who do not have insurance or choose not to use insurance benefits have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charge.

Therapy is confidential with limited exceptions required by law and professional ethics, which will be reviewed in detail during your intake session.
